Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, assess, and connect top talent with our growing organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, design effective search strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end to end recruitment strategies for a diverse range of roles, from entry level to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, campus relationships, and leveraging social platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct engaging interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate practical assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and craft competitive offers.
  • Proactively manage candidate communications, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth, positive interview experience.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, identify process improvements, and drive continuous improvement in hiring velocity and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws; promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in Retail business industries.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
