Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering recruitment and the ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Industry: Engineering / Construction / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and support positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality standards.
