We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on connecting the right people to the right opportunities. What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, attract top talent, and help shape the future of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and support roles
• Manage job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
• Guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process
• Track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Comfortable making outreach calls and engaging with candidates over the phone
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Prior recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
