We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the IT, technology, engineering, or professional services industry. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and workforce planning needs.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, networking, and direct headhunting.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Stay updated on industry hiring trends, market intelligence, and talent availability.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.

Strong experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, job boards, and networking channels.

Experience hiring for technical, IT, engineering, corporate, or professional services roles.

Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience recruiting for technology and digital transformation roles.

Experience hiring for technical, data engineering, analytics, and professional services roles within a Data and Analytics organization.

Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
