About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the IT, technology, engineering, or professional services industry. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and workforce planning needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, networking, and direct headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends, market intelligence, and talent availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
  • Strong experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, job boards, and networking channels.
  • Experience hiring for technical, IT, engineering, corporate, or professional services roles.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technology and digital transformation roles.
  • Experience hiring for technical, data engineering, analytics, and professional services roles within a Data and Analytics organization.
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Experience working with recruitment KPIs and analytics.
  • Exposure to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
