Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns while also handling the sourcing and hiring of critical and key positions across the organization. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to deliver quality hires within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both high-volume and strategic hiring requirements.
  • Drive large-scale recruitment campaigns to meet business workforce demands efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Source, attract, and recruit candidates for key and hard-to-fill positions across various departments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and shortlisting processes.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and critical/key position hiring.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using various recruitment channels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
