Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent within the Qatar/GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Prepare offers, negotiate salaries, and manage joining formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor regulations.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in Qatar or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional talent markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Naukri Gulf and major job portals.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
