Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent within the Qatar/GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate salaries, and manage joining formalities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in Qatar or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of local and regional talent markets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Naukri Gulf and major job portals.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
