Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate (Abu Dhabi)

PSI Assets is currently hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and corporate roles
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Build a strong pipeline of real estate professionals in Abu Dhabi
• Ensure smooth and timely recruitment delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the Abu Dhabi real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
