Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting both core and non-core HR functions related to hiring and workforce planning. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational needs, culture, and long-term talent strategy. The incumbent will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to build a strong talent pipeline and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Candidate Management
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on job fit and organizational requirements.
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background checks.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
HR Collaboration (Core & Non-Core Support)
- Support HR in workforce planning and talent forecasting activities.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR team for compliance, documentation, and policy alignment related to hiring.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in HRIS or tracking systems.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring efficiency metrics.
- Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Employer Branding
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through digital platforms and engagement activities.
- Support career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain complete and accurate hiring documentation and records.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and selection methodologies.
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
