Job Summary:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent? As a Talent Development Consultant at AEBetancourt, you won’t just be another recruiter—you'll be a key player in making an impact on organizations and individuals. Within 3-6 months, you’ll be leading five or more active searches, ensuring each one aligns with our commitment to excellence. This role is about embodying our company values, driving collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in talent development.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruiting Mastery: You'll dive deep into our Perfect Fit process—sourcing, interviewing, and managing the entire recruiting lifecycle.
• Consultative Partner: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions that ensure repeat business. You will serve as a trusted advisor.
• AEB Culture Champion: You'll be the face of our company, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to a culture of learning and innovation. Ring the gong, celebrate wins, and always represent AEBetancourt with pride.

What You Bring:

• Skills: Exceptional communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for organization and detail. You're a pro at time management and can prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of recruiting or related experience. LinkedIn mastery is a plus!
• Mindset: A proactive, innovative spirit, eager to learn and grow. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to our core values.
