As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our headquarters in Nasr City and lead our most aggressive hiring phase yet .
The Role
This is not just a "CV screening" role. We need a hunter who understands the IT distribution and systems integration landscape in Egypt.
As a TA Specialist, you will act as a strategic partner to our Technical Directors and Sales Managers. You will be responsible for closing niche technical roles (CCIE, VCP, Pre-sales Engineers) while simultaneously managing volume hiring for our retail sales force and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment (Tactical & Strategic)
- Niche Technical Hiring: Lead the search for Network Engineers, Security Architects, Virtualization Specialists, and Pre-sales Consultants. You must know where these candidates hide and how to speak their language.
- Volume Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment cycles for IT Support, Call Center agents, and Retail Sales staff.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively build talent pools for hard-to-fill certifications (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, VMware) before the requisition is opened.
2. Sourcing & Headhunting
- Move beyond standard job posts. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Egydata, Wuzzuf, and niche tech communities to headhunt passive talent.
- Implement employee referral programs to leverage the existing network of our 200+ employees.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers. Challenge unrealistic requirements and educate them on market realities (salary benchmarks and availability of specific certifications in Egypt).
- Facilitate technical assessments and coordinate panel interviews with C-level executives.
4. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every applicant, whether hired or not, respects the Click brand.
- Represent Click at university career fairs and industry events to promote our employer brand.
5. Data & Reporting
- Provide weekly metrics on Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Source Effectiveness to the HR Manager.
Key Competencies & Skills
- IT Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must know the difference between a Switch, a Router, a Firewall, and a Server. You must be able to screen a CV for "CCNA" vs "CCNP" accurately.
- Agility: The IT market moves fast. We need someone who can shortlist a candidate for an urgent project within 24 hours.
- Negotiation: Strong skills in salary negotiation and offer rollouts, balancing candidate expectations with company budget.
- English Proficiency: Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken) as we deal with multinational vendors .
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within Egypt’s IT, Software, or Systems Integration sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or any relevant field.
- Tools: Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Excel (for reporting).
