Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop skills in technical recruitment processes.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social networking sites, and referrals.
• Support in screening and evaluating candidates for technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process.
• Learn negotiation techniques and support in offer facilitation.
• Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications (The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment):

• Should have at least 6 months to 1 yr of Domestic IT recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in and basic understanding of the IT Recruitment industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with professionals.
• Basic communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
