Talent Acquisition Specialist (Emirati) - Government Entity (Dubai)

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading government organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly skilled recruitment professional with a strong background in government or semi-government entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government hiring policies
  • Manage employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Mandatory experience within government or semi-government entities
  • Strong understanding of local hiring regulations and Emiratization initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume and strategic hiring
