Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong recruitment experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various F&B roles including restaurant operations, kitchen staff, corporate positions, and management-level roles.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for F&B roles (Chefs, Restaurant Managers, Baristas, Waitstaff, Supervisors, Corporate roles, etc.).
- Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of F&B talent.
2. Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews.
- Assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and operational experience.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Support in salary negotiations and offer management.
3. Employer Branding & Talent Pooling
- Develop talent pipelines for high-demand F&B roles.
- Participate in job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment campaigns.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives within the hospitality industry.
4. Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Follow up during probation period.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Prepare recruitment reports (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the F&B / Hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and kitchen hierarchy.
- Experience hiring for bulk recruitment and frontline roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for multi-outlet restaurants or hospitality groups.
- Strong networking within the UAE F&B market.
- Experience using ATS systems.
- Ability to handle mass hiring campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
