Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in recruitment, basic HR knowledge, and exposure to technical recruiting. This role is suitable for someone eager to grow professionally in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, and coordination).
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Assist with technical recruitment for various roles.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate trackers.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates in English and Arabic.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate (HR, Business Administration, Languages and Translation or related field).
  • Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
  • Exposure to technical recruiting is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or training experience in HR or Recruitment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
  • Basic knowledge of technical roles and terminology.
