We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in recruitment, basic HR knowledge, and exposure to technical recruiting. This role is suitable for someone eager to grow professionally in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, and coordination).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Assist with technical recruitment for various roles.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate trackers.
- Communicate professionally with candidates in English and Arabic.
Requirements

Fresh Graduate (HR, Business Administration, Languages and Translation or related field).
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Exposure to technical recruiting is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
- Internship or training experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
- Basic knowledge of technical roles and terminology.
