Role & Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT/technical roles
• Assist in client acquisition and staffing assignments
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes

Who Can Apply :

• Freshers or recent graduates passionate about HR, recruitment, or IT staffing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn

Must have :

• Laptop (Intel i3 or above)
• High-speed internet
• Quiet workspace (power backup preferred)
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the team on HR and staffing initiatives
