RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with the HR Manager in managing the overall Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion for the company.
- Work closely with our internal team to improve upon existing hiring practices and develop an innovative strategy around scouting top talent
- Extensively work on organizational needs to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.
- Taking care of attendance and leave management
- Maintaining and updating the employee database
- Employee onboarding and off-boarding
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduation is mandatory, and an MBA/PGDM in HR would be a plus
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Talent acquisition from a media background
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
- Excellent time management & communication skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, high-energy individual who has been part of transformations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
