Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Recruiter to support our Project Services and Development Teams. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing the full lifecycle of technical recruitment and contributing to employer branding and talent pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidate fit, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact and positive liaison between the company and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Actively source candidates using job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, internet research, networking, and referrals.
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, X‑ray searches, database mining, and referral promotion to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Convert potential leads into pre-emptive hires to maintain a pool of in-demand talent.
Job Posting & Market Intelligence
- Analyze hiring needs and create or enhance clear, accurate, and compelling job descriptions to maximize visibility and response.
- Monitor staffing progress against open requisitions and identify alternative recruitment strategies as needed.
- Provide regular updates to account managers and leadership regarding market conditions, candidate availability, and recruitment challenges, along with recommended solutions.
Reporting & ATS Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, client, and prospect records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports for management as required.
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen the company’s employment brand and social media presence.
- Collaborate with leadership to leverage social media platforms for recruitment and brand building.
- Represent the company at trade organizations, universities, campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and networking events to enhance brand awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle IT or technical recruitment (level commensurate with Junior or Senior designation).
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean logic and internet-based research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.
- Ability to work onsite from the Marlborough, MA office.
