We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for technologies such as ASP.NET, React, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and other essential IT skills. This position requires strong hiring strategy, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to close roles within defined timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of ASP.NET, React, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and other basic IT technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Experience working in IT services or software development companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Hire for IT roles such as ASP.NET Developers, ReactJS Developers, Angular Developers, QA Testers, Full-Stack Developers, and similar positions.
  • Understand basic technical concepts, skill sets, and project requirements.
  • Conduct initial technical screenings based on required competencies.
  • Source candidates from platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
  • Collect feedback from interviewers, evaluate candidate suitability, and ensure timely closures.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company professionally during job fairs, external events, and hiring interactions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly hiring reports.
  • Ensure hiring timelines and SLA targets are met consistently.
