Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bulk Hiring (Sales)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Department: Human Resources

Work Mode: WFO (Mon–Fri), 1st & 3rd Sat WFH, 2nd & 4th Sat Off

Shift Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (9 hours)

Working Days: 6 days/week

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who has strong experience in bulk hiring for Sales roles—including B2B, B2C, and Field Sales positions. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, fast-paced, and able to close high-volume requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for B2B, B2C & Field Sales roles

Managing bulk hiring pipelines for multiple locations

Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database

Conducting screening calls and assessing candidate suitability

Coordinating interviews with hiring managers & ensuring quick closures

Maintaining pipeline trackers, daily MIS, and hiring dashboards

Ensuring excellent candidate experience

Managing onboarding coordination with HR ops

Meeting weekly & monthly hiring targets

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in Sales hiring / bulk hiring / field sales recruitment

Strong sourcing skills across job portals

Ability to handle pressure & close positions quickly

Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Experience in B2B/B2C/Field Sales hiring is mandatory

Good to Have

Experience in startup or high-volume hiring environments

Knowledge of using ATS tools

Ability to multitask across mass recruitment drives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
