About the Role

As Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI), the UAE’s number one real estate company with more than 1,300 employees across 50 plus nationalities, continues to grow, we are expanding our inhouse Talent Acquisition function. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong sourcing capabilities and a passion for identifying industry relevant talent within the UAE market.

Candidates who are already based in Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Talent Identification

  • Proactively source high quality candidates within the UAE real estate sector using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and targeted search strategies.
  • Build deep industry knowledge to identify strong talent pools for both sales and corporate real estate roles.
  • Engage and convert passive candidates through consistent outreach and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain solid talent pipelines for commission based sales positions such as Property Consultants, Leasing Agents and Sales Executives.
  • Provide market insights to hiring managers on talent availability, competition and emerging trends.

End to End Recruitment Delivery

  • Conduct CV screenings, phone interviews and in person assessments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and support the full recruitment cycle.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Create and publish effective job advertisements tailored to real estate specific needs.
  • Ensure accurate ATS updates, documentation and compliance.
  • Support onboarding and handover processes for new hires.

Recruitment Operations and Employer Branding

  • Track and report recruitment metrics to support data driven improvements.
  • Contribute to PSI’s employer branding to attract high quality real estate talent.
  • Represent PSI at external events, career fairs and recruitment activities as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Several years of recruitment experience, ideally within the UAE real estate market or other fast paced industries.
  • Strong experience hiring commission based sales roles such as Property Consultants, Leasing Agents and Real Estate Sales Executives.
  • Proven success in sourcing and attracting industry relevant talent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing high hiring volumes.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
  • Fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.
  • Preferably based in Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE.
