Position: Sales Coordinator

Company: Afreen Building Materials Trading Co. LLC
Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination / sales support and documentation for project sales (building materials / MEP / construction industry preferred).

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update quotations, LPOs, submittals, and other project sales documents.
  • Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing.
  • Follow up with clients for approvals, deliveries, and pending documents.
  • Maintain customer database, project tracking sheets, and sales reports.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and after-sales coordination.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of project documentation and sales support.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and good documentation skills.
