The International Sales Support Specialist will assist the global sales team in managing proposals, documentation, coordination, and communication across multiple regions. This role ensures that international sales operations run efficiently and that customers receive timely and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support International Sales Managers in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Logistics to ensure accurate and timely execution of sales projects.
  • Track international sales pipeline, lead progress, and opportunity status in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain sales documentation, including agreements, customer records, and product information files.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring swift resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Will be traveling with the sales agent for all road show and event for lead monitoring and registration and support events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or international business.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of international trade procedures, export documentation, and global sales processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Immediate joiner is preferred
