Inside Sales Engineer - Industrial Division

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Coordination

• Handle sales inquiries for valves, stud bolts, gaskets, flanges, pipes, pipe fittings, and related accessories within the industrial and oil & gas sector.
• Prepare and issue accurate technical and commercial quotations based on customer RFQs.
• Support the external sales team with pricing, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers/OEMs to obtain technical datasheets, pricing, lead times, and product clarifications.
• Maintain and update customer price lists, product catalogs, and supplier information.

2. Order Management & Customer Service

• Process orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring correct documentation.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order updates and product information.

3. Technical & Market Support

• Assist the sales team in reviewing technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Provide recommendations on products and solutions suitable for industrial and oil & gas applications.
• Contribute to sales strategy development to expand market presence in the oil & gas sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably within Industrial or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of industrial valves, pipes, fittings, gaskets, stud bolts, and related equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
