We are currently seeking a motivated, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding recruitment team.

SUMMARY OF RESPOSIBILITIES
In this role, you will execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and retain top-tier educational and therapeutic professionals. You will serve as a brand ambassador, managing candidate relationships.

• Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview specialized educational and therapy professionals on a national scale.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and credential verifications to align candidate qualifications with specific institutional needs.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including professional networks, job boards, social media platforms, and industry referrals.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of all recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

TARGET PLACEMENTS INCLUDE:

• Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs)
• Physical Therapists (PTs) and School Psychologists
• Special Education Teachers and Behavioral Health Professionals
• Specialized Educational Support Personnel

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma (Bachelors preferred,not required)
• Experience: Demonstrated background in corporate recruiting, agency staffing.
• Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage professionals at all career levels.
• Core Competencies: Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
