ABS International is a 16+ year global BPO. Join our focused night hiring pod and own the full talent lifecycle for our fast-growing Karachi operations.

• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-C, Karachi (On-site)
• Salary: Base PKR 40,000–45,000 per month
• Shift: Night Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT, Mon–Sat) — Full-time, On-site (Note: Shift extended to 1 AM to better cover BPO screening hours.)

What You’ll Own (Full-Cycle TA)

• Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment for night shift roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
• Build candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and local channels.
• Maintain ATS/HRIS records and report key hiring metrics (Time-to-Fill, source-of-hire, etc.).
• Conduct phone screens, structured assessments, and coordinate onboarding.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years TA / recruitment experience (Call-Center/BPO recruitment preferred).
• Sourcing: Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing fundamentals.
• Mindset: Good communication, strong stakeholder management, and metric focus.
• Availability: Comfortable working the Night Shift (4 PM–1 AM).
