Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Full-Time Recruiter Job Description:

The Full-Time Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet the hiring needs of the organization. They work closely with managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The Full-Time Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending job offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
  • Work with department managers to develop job offers and negotiate compensation packages
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs
  • Attend job fairs, conferences, and other events to build the organization’s employer brand and attract potential candidates
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR team and department managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
