Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • :Strategic Recruitment Management : Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment for specialized roles (Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation), ensuring alignment with global consulting standards
  • .Team Leadership & Supervision : Drive daily operations for the TA team (2–5 recruiters), delegating requisitions based on capacity, and monitoring workflows to ensure timely delivery of hiring targets
  • .Workforce Planning & Forecasting : Translate company growth plans into actionable hiring roadmaps, identifying future talent needs before skill gaps occur
  • .Executive Reporting & Analytics : Prepare and present data-driven dashboards to Senior Leadershi p, covering critical metrics such as: Cost-per-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, and Market Salary Trends
  • .Technical & Consulting Screening : Conduct deep-dive screenings to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency and "Consulting Aptitude" (Executive Presence, Problem Solving, and Stakeholder Management)
  • .Employer Branding : Elevate EjadTech’s presence within tech communities, universities, and professional networks to attract top-tier innovators

.Experience Requirements

  • :Professional Experience : 6 to 10 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition
  • .Domain Expertise : * Minimum 3 years recruiting for specialized Technical role s
  • .Minimum 3 years within a Consulting or Professional Service s environment
  • .Leadership Experience : At least 2 years in a supervisory or Team Lead capacity

.Qualifications

  • :Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • .Professional Certifications : (Highly Preferred) SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 5, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification
  • .Technical Knowledge : Certifications like AWS Cloud Practitione r or ITIL Foundatio n are a major competitive advantage, demonstrating your commitment to the industry

  • :Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to transform recruitment data into strategic insights for executive decision-making
  • .Technical Fluency : Deep understanding of SDLC, Cloud Platforms, and AI; ability to speak the "language of engineers.
  • "Stakeholder Management : Exceptional ability to manage expectations across Senior Leadership, Technical Leads, and HR
  • .Bilingual Proficiency : Native/Professional fluency in both Arabic and Englis h (Mandatory)
  • .Commercial Acumen : Strong negotiation skills to close complex offers with high-demand talent in the Saudi market
