Key Responsibilities

:Strategic Recruitment Management
: Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment for specialized roles (Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation), ensuring alignment with global consulting standards

.Team Leadership & Supervision
: Drive daily operations for the TA team (2–5 recruiters), delegating requisitions based on capacity, and monitoring workflows to ensure timely delivery of hiring targets

.Workforce Planning & Forecasting
: Translate company growth plans into actionable hiring roadmaps, identifying future talent needs before skill gaps occur

.Executive Reporting & Analytics
: Prepare and present data-driven dashboards to
Senior Leadershi
p, covering critical metrics such as: Cost-per-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, and Market Salary Trends

: Conduct deep-dive screenings to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency and "Consulting Aptitude" (Executive Presence, Problem Solving, and Stakeholder Management)

.Experience Requirements

:Professional Experience
: 6 to 10 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition
