Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the recruitment team. Provide daily guidance on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets across various departments.
  • Maintain a partial portfolio of high-priority or leadership-level requisitions, managing the process from intake to onboarding.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, and source effectiveness) to optimize processes and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand current and future workforce needs, providing expert market insights and talent consultation.
  • Work closely with the Hiring Managers to fulfill their manpower requirements per preset hiring priorities throughout the year.
  • Gather all selection criteria for each required role in collaboration with the Hiring Managers. • Post new vacancies on all media, ensuring that the assigned recruitment source is suitable for the cluster of job/s.
  • Filter applicant profiles through initial online screening/phone calls ensuring basic job criteria are met before proceeding with interviews.
  • Assist in organizing and attending employment fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and boost the employer brand.
  • Interview and assess selected candidates (CBI) and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s competencies and requirements.
  • Negotiate and send out job offers along with communicating employment terms and company policies to new joiners.
  • Responsible for new employees’ orientation, onboarding, and announcements across different mediums.
  • In collaboration with the OD Team, assist hiring managers with job description updates and amendments according to the latest needs.
  • Provide quarterly analytical Turnover reports to the Head of TA and play a pivotal role in taking the necessary actions to retain employees and maintain thorough exit interview feedback.
  • Follow up hiring managers on new hires' performance within the assigned timeline of the probation period evaluation.
  • Update all due reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior recruitment role.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn recruitment data into actionable insights
