Role Overview:

We are seeking a result-oriented and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting or RPO environments, with a strong track record of target-based hiring and the ability to manage multiple roles across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fitment.
  • Handle volume hiring and niche positions effectively within defined targets.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and proactively build talent pools.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage feedback loops efficiently.
  • Roll out offers, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly hiring metrics to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Participate in walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in consulting or RPO industry is mandatory.
  • Must have worked in a target-driven recruitment environment and comfortable achieving hiring goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment reports.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced setup.
