Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role ✈️

• Design, implement, and manage İGA’s workforce planning, talent management, and recruitment strategies.
• Set annual recruitment and talent management targets and conduct budget, resource, and capacity planning.
• Execute performance–potential evaluation processes (9-Box, 4-Box, calibration, etc.) across the organization and ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop succession plans for critical positions to secure organizational continuity.
• Ensure efficiency and quality standards across all recruitment processes for headquarters, field operations, and blue- and white-collar positions.
• Position İGA’s employer brand strategy at both global and local levels and lead communication and visibility projects.
• Design and manage MT (Management Trainee), internship, bootcamp, and special talent programs as strategic talent acquisition tools.
• Manage data reporting related to recruitment, potential assessment, and succession processes,

• Bachelor’s Degree from relevant fields,
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management,
• Strong knowledge of Talent Management methodologies (9-Box, 4-Box) and experience in end-to-end design and management of such processes,
• Holistic understanding of process design and improvement that strategically contributes to Recruitment and Employer Branding,
• Representation of the organization effectively both internally and externally,
• Strong analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills,
• Advanced level of proficiency in English,
• Advanced usage of corporate language and representation,
• Willing to engage in sharing and communication among colleagues,
• Open to self-development with a focus on continuous improvement and learning,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
