Humanz Turkey is looking for an HR Business Partner .

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the people experience at Humanz Turkey. You’ll lead the full-cycle recruitment process, support employee engagement and development initiatives, and ensure a smooth HR operation that aligns with global standards.

Working closely with the management and international HR teams, you’ll help build a positive, compliant, and empowering workplace culture where both people and performance can thrive.


💫 Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding staffing needs with hiring managers to managing job postings, interviews, and offers for both global and internal roles.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience.
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support employee satisfaction and wellbeing initiatives aimed at enhancing motivation and engagement.
  • Assist managers in performance evaluation processes and contribute to the implementation of follow-up actions.
  • Support the planning and execution of training, development, and career programs.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in internal communication and employee-focused events.


💡 We’d love to meet you if:


• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, focusing on both global and internal roles.

Excellent proficiency in English.

• Strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.) and knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite.
