Human Resources Specialist

Istanbul, Turkey

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for sales & marketing positions, service engineers, and office staff.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with Turkish labor laws, social security regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records.
  • Support payroll-related documentation and communication with external payroll providers.
  • HR Support & Administration:
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
  • Support implementation of company policies, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects.
  • Assist with performance review processes, training coordination, and internal communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist / HR Generalist, ideally in an international company.
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience in recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
