We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include posting job ads, conducting interviews, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting a positive workplace culture. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. A bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration and prior HR experience are preferred.

Pay: Up to Rs30,000.00 per month
