Talent Acquisition (Tamheer)

Ninja is excited to offer a Talent Acquisition position under the Tamheer program, designed to provide fresh graduates with practical experience and professional development in HR and recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities while learning from experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings and screening candidate applications
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration
  • Participate in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and HR databases
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and tasks


Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
