About the Role
In this internship, you will:

Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

Screen and shortlist resumes based on defined criteria.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in preparing necessary documentation for job offers, referrals, and reference checks.

Provide support in employer branding activities.

Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives.

Support the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications
-
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills

Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
