Position Title: Talent Acquisition Trainee
Location: Defence Raya, DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Experience Required: Fresh - 6 Months of internship experience

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual (Fresh Graduate) for Talent Acquisition Trainee position to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across a variety of functions including IT, Software, SAP ERP Consultants, Sales, Marketing, and Operational roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer roll-out for assigned roles.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
• Conduct initial screening calls and HR rounds to evaluate candidate experience, skillset, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set timelines.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data on internal trackers and systems.
• Assist in organizing recruitment drives and participating in university career fairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh - 6 Months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is a plus.
