About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Workforce Acquisition Specialist/ Human Capital Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various functions, helping us attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize workload effectively
