As a Consultant within the Talent Analytics Team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Compensation & Benefits solutions to a diverse portfolio of local and multinational clients across multiple industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end rewards projects, market benchmarking, pay structure design, and HR analytics initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to impactful human capital strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of Compensation & Benefits and Rewards projects

Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis

Assist in pay structure design, job evaluation, and grading exercises

Analyze payroll and HR data to generate actionable insights

Prepare client presentations, reports, and dashboards

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within tight deadlines
Candidate Profile
Experience
-
Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Payroll, or broader HR functions
Education
-
MBA (HRM) or Masters degree from a reputable university, preferably with a major in Human Resources
Required Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
