Description and Requirements

  • Execute hiring activities based on the annual workforce plan and assigned requisitions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer follow-up.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi Labor Law and support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements with HR Operations to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
  • Utilize digital recruitment tools and maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS.
  • Support employer branding activities to enhance the company’s visibility in the KSA talent market.
  • Collaborate with TA team members and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and service quality.
