Description and Requirements
- Execute hiring activities based on the annual workforce plan and assigned requisitions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer follow-up.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi Labor Law and support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements with HR Operations to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
- Utilize digital recruitment tools and maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS.
- Support employer branding activities to enhance the company’s visibility in the KSA talent market.
- Collaborate with TA team members and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and service quality.
