Position Overview:
At Colgate-Palmolive, we attract, engage, and retain top talent through compelling storytelling, strong employer branding, and meaningful candidate and employee experiences. Our team builds connections with talent through digital content, social engagement, and strategic brand initiatives.
As an Undergraduate Intern, you will focus on social media, content creation, and employee and candidate engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about marketing, branding, communications, and community building. The intern will act as a central connector across projects, helping create engagement strategies across the talent attraction function.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Employer Brand Storytelling

Create social content for LinkedIn, and the company's intranet that highlights Colgate-Palmolive’s employer brand.

Develop employee spotlights, culture features, and behind-the-scenes storytelling content.

Monitor and track engagement metrics and social trends to inform content direction.

Support campaign planning and execution tied to employer brand initiatives.
Engagement & Community Building

Serve as a central point of connection across internship and early career initiatives, helping foster collaboration and visibility.

Support internal engagement activities such as intern communications, newsletters, and recognition moments.

Assist in creating experiences that build excitement and participation across talent programs.

Help coordinate light-touch events, digital meetups, or engagement activations that strengthen community.
Recruitment Marketing & Project Support

Assist in building digital assets, presentations, and toolkits that support employer brand activations.

Partner with recruiters and team members to enhance job posting visibility and messaging.

Gather feedback from candidate and intern touchpoints to inform engagement improvements.
Career Site & Candidate Experience Optimization

Assist in career site content updates, ensuring inclusive messaging and strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) storytelling.

Conduct research on inclusive hiring trends and employer brand best practices to enhance career site content.

Work on candidate experience research projects to ensure a seamless and engaging hiring process for all applicants.

Who You Are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field with an expected graduation date between December 2026 - May 2028

Passionate about branding, storytelling, social media, and community engagement.

Strong writing, content creation, and social media engagement skills.

Interested in learning about recruitment marketing and employer brand storytelling.

Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including recruiters, marketers, and HR leaders.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range $20.50 - $23.50 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
