Talent Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all documents and records related to the talent pool, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Update and manage the talent pool database, including profiles, availability, and deployment information.
  • Assist the Talent Pool Manager in daily department activities, including tracking progress, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and supporting process improvements.
  • Facilitate internal coordination between teams to ensure smooth operations and timely information flow.
  • Monitor records and processes to maintain data quality and support operational decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in database management, documentation, or operations support preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database/ATS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and support managerial activities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
