Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all documents and records related to the talent pool, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Update and manage the talent pool database, including profiles, availability, and deployment information.
- Assist the Talent Pool Manager in daily department activities, including tracking progress, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and supporting process improvements.
- Facilitate internal coordination between teams to ensure smooth operations and timely information flow.
- Monitor records and processes to maintain data quality and support operational decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in database management, documentation, or operations support preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database/ATS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and support managerial activities effectively.
