Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Talent Development Consultant to join our team. Responsible for creating and delivering development and talent management programs and solutions across the organization through coaching, consulting, and training. Works with colleagues to support organization wide initiatives, carry out the Talent Development amp; Learning strategy, and assess opportunities for continued growth and development of leaders, colleagues, and teams.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in training amp; development, human resources, education or related field is required.
  • Master’s degree in organizational development, education, HR or related field is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of experience in training content development and delivery, program management, and leading learning programs and initiatives is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Organizational Development Certification through HRCI, Training Certification through ATD or other related Human Resources Certification is preferred.
