Your Role at impact.com:
Forming part of the wider People Excellence team, impact.com’s Talent Development Partner plays an important role in conceptualizing and implementing hybrid, globalized training programs. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, the incumbent will ensure the effective implementation and management of live training programs, concentrating on (but not limited to) leadership and management development, tool and process upskilling, and professional development.
In addition to live training responsibilities, the successful candidate will work with the Talent Development team to design, develop, and publish supporting e-learning materials, ensuring global alignment and accessibility.
Working with both internal and external stakeholders, this role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and make a difference to the growth and success of all impact.com employees.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
