Talent Development Specialist

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Talent Development team in the creation of electronic and print training materials for various training initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the talent team for the continuous development of the company’s learning management system.
  • Schedule training sessions, manage session invites, track attendance, and update the learning management system.
  • Compile training, evaluation data, analyze results, and produce reports of consolidated information.
  • Coordinate with training venues, caterers, Maintenance Department, and IT Department as necessary to ensure proper training set up and logistics.
  • Perform learning management system administration tasks and pull completion reports for the Talent Development team.
  • Draft communications and internal marketing for training programs.
  • Conduct research to aid in content creation.
  • Communicate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.


What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
  • An associate’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or an associated field, and two (2) years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to comfortably interact and build trust with all levels of employees.
  • Able to conduct research, assimilate information, and deliver it in a format conducive to learning.
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to learning and stays abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Preferred Education, Experience and/or Abilities
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or an associated field.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience is preferred.
  • Graphic design and/or content creation experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Canva is preferred.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
