Within the Division of Human Resources, provides support to the Talent Development Department by designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to strengthen workforce capabilities. Collaborates with the Talent Development team, campus partners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver high-quality and innovative learning solutions. Applies adult learning theory, facilitates and supports training sessions, coordinates logistics, assesses learning needs, and ensures alignment with technology infrastructure for optimal learner experience.

Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
