Talent Development & Succession Lead

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Talent Management professional to lead succession planning, mobility, and competency management functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with at least 10 years of comprehensive experience in talent management, including 6 years in a supervisory role. Strong communication skills and Oil and Gas industry experience are preferred. The position is integral to developing UAE Nationals as part of the Emiratization targets.
