Ma’aden Barrick Copper Company (MBCC) is seeking a motivated Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Resources team at the Jabal Sayid Mine Site in the Madinah region of Saudi Arabia .


This position plays an important role in supporting key HR programs that strengthen workforce capability across the operation, including recruitment, employee development, and talent management initiatives.


The successful candidate will work closely with HR leadership and operational departments to support the execution of initiatives that ensure MBCC attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent.


This is a site-based role within an active mining operation , requiring close collaboration with operational teams and department leaders to support workforce development and HR program delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including maintaining recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and dashboards related to recruitment, training participation, and talent development activities.
  • Support the performance management cycle by tracking review completion, preparing reports, and assisting departments with documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations related to talent metrics, recruitment progress, and training outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to support the effective delivery of training programs and development initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the organization.
  • Ensure HR processes and activities are executed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, , or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment, training, or talent development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • Experience maintaining HR trackers, reports, and dashboards is preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications (such as CIPD or SHRM) are considered an advantage.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
