Recruitment Officer

Location: NUI Head office , Al Khobar - Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-time


We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and support workforce planning initiatives to attract and hire top talent.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
  • Draft and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Support hiring managers in candidate evaluation and selection.
  • Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding documentation.


Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events when required.


Coordination & Compliance

  • Act as a focal point between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements (medical checks, background verification, documentation).
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and local labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience in the construction scope.
