Job brief:

Are you an experienced Native Arabic-speaking Recruiter with a strong background in both internal talent mobility and external talent acquisition? Do you have hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment, recruitment KPIs, workforce planning, and agency partnerships within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region?

This opportunity is open exclusively to Nationals who are Native Arabic Speakers, as the role requires regular engagement with local stakeholders, hiring managers, government entities, and candidates across Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity to join with our client, where you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong hiring manager partnerships, managing recruitment analytics, and driving proactive workforce planning to support business growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy

  • Support the development of a strategic workforce planning model shifting from reactive hiring to proactive talent forecasting.
  • Leverage recruitment KPIs, labor market insights, and staffing agency partnerships to build predictable hiring pipelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of global recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Recruitment & Sourcing (Primary Focus)

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job intake, postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer support.
  • Conduct structured requisition intake discussions to validate role scope, urgency, budget alignment, and hiring priorities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, social media, and industry events.
  • Monitor hiring manager responsiveness and escalate bottlenecks impacting recruitment KPIs.
  • Coordinate offer development and delivery aligned with compensation guidelines.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Support internal recruitment initiatives including promotions and lateral transfers.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador for the company in the labor market.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Own and maintain the Recruiting Tracker and Recruitment KPI Dashboard.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and weekly updates.
  • Provide weekly recruitment KPI analysis highlighting trends, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Maintain auditable recruitment records and documentation.

Agency Governance & Performance Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for recruiting agencies in the Middle East and Asia.
  • Track agency performance through defined KPIs and service standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend continuation or disengagement.
  • Rationalize agency usage by prioritizing high-performing partners and reducing reactive sourcing.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws, data privacy requirements, and internal policies across regions.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant hiring documentation.
  • Support cross-regional hiring compliance and visa coordination where required.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR with strong recruiting exposure.
  • Experience managing both internal mobility and external hiring processes.
  • Exposure to multi-region hiring (Middle East & Asia preferred).

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience managing recruitment KPIs and dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to standardize workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Current passport or ability to obtain one.
  • Eligible for visas in countries of deployment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (primarily Middle East & Asia).

Salary: SAR 10,000 – 11,500 per month
