Main Responsibilities
Learning & Development Strategy

Design and execute an annual learning strategy tailored to corporate and retail functions (Head Office, Boutique, Operations)

Identify learning needs through performance reviews, succession planning, and business priorities

Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI to refine programs continuously
Talent Management & Growth
-
Lead internal mobility programs, talent assessments, and development plans for high-potential employees
-
Collaborate with HRBPs and functional leads to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
-
Manage leadership development initiatives and coaching programs
Performance & Succession Planning
-
Support the annual performance management cycle
-
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles
-
Create competency frameworks and capability-building roadmaps
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with global/regional L&D teams to localize group initiatives and ensure alignment

Build relationships with external training vendors, business schools, and consultants
-
Act as a brand ambassador of learning culture within the organization
Tools & Systems
-
Oversee digital learning platforms (LMS), content curation, and data analytics
-
Monitor learning metrics, feedback, and progress reports
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field

5–8 years of experience in Talent Development, preferably in luxury retail or high-end consumer brands

Deep understanding of L&D trends, adult learning theories, and talent frameworks
-
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in digital learning tools (e.g., LMS, LinkedIn Learning, SuccessFactors)
-
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
